| 摘 要： | 风险资本的退出是风险投资运作的最后一个环节,风险投资的成败在很大程度上取决于风险投资家能否成功地退出投资。文章在参考国内外有关文献的基础上,对风险投资退出方式、退出时机、退出程度,以及退出决策进行较为系统的评述,以期促进我国风险投资业的发展。

| Abstract: | The exit of venture capital is the last stage of operation of venture capital investment and failure or success of venture capital investment depends largely on whether the venture capitalists can exit their investment successfully.This paper tries to make a systematic comment on the exit of venture capital,including four aspects such as the channel,time,extent and decision-making of venture capital.It is beneficial for speeding up the industrial of venture capital in China. |
