Evolution of the Administration System in the Southern Ethnic Districts in History and its Cultural Meditation

While studying the reasons of the development of the administration system in the southern ethnic regions,I found that what led to the continual changes are not only the needs of the feudal central govemments strengthening their control on politics and economy,but also their understanding of the culture situations of special areas in every different period.In essence,the development is a kind of adaptation way of the administration to the changing culture situation of the southern ethnics.
