| 摘 要： | 互联网时代的来临，高校成人教育纷纷搭建了网络信息化平台，学员的工学矛盾得到缓解，自主化、个性化的学习活动深得学员喜爱，但在平台建设中，也出现了一些问题，文章旨在通过剖析问题，探索整改提高之措。

| Abstract: | With the approach of the internet era, colleges has set up the internet information platform for adult education. Thus the conflict between working and learning is lessened, and the platform''s independent and individualized learning activities are popular among the adult learners. And there appear some problems during the building. This paper attempts to find measurements to improve the platform through analyzing the problems. |
