优化流程提高手术麻醉期间舒适化护理应用与探讨.

目的：应用舒适化护理的方法，通过护理流程的改进，提高患者的满意度。方法：对100例外科手术患者进行分析，在全身麻醉期间采用舒适护理，总结经验，并制定相应的护理措施。结果：舒适护理可以为患者解决术后疼痛恐惧和手术后的疑虑，使患者在生理、心理、社会和精神层面上感到舒适。消除或减少患者的不适感，不仅保证了手术的成功，而且提高了手术的安全性，减少了并发症的发生。使围术期的患者安心接受手术，身心两方面处于最佳状态，从而增加了患者的安全。结论：从术中心理、体温和手术室舒适护理管理各个方面，以患者的人文关怀及满意度为抓手，不断完善手术室围术期护理的内涵，从而提高手术室整体护理的工作质量。

Application and discussion on the improvement of comfortable personalized nursing during the period of general anesthesia by the process optimization

Objective: Improve the satisfaction of patients through the improvement of nursing process with the methods of comfortable nursing. Methods: Analyze 100 cases of surgery, in which comfortable nursing was used during the period of general anesthesia, sum up experiences, and make the corresponding nursing measure. Results: Comfortable nursing can set corresponding action to solve the patients'' fear of aching and the suspicion after the operation, which can make the patients feel comfortable in the aspect of physiology, psychology, society and spirit. It can remove or reduce the discomfort of the patients, which not only ensures the success of the surgery, but also improves the safety of the surgery and reduces the complicating diseases. The patients can have surgery in ease, so they are at an optimal condition during the operation. Conclusion: It can improve the nursing quality of operation room, make the nursing accommodation comfortable, and promote the development of holistic nursing, paying attention to patients'' feeling and satisfaction by mental condition, temperature and comfortable nursing of operation room during the surgery.
