| 摘 要： | 伴随着全球化和信息化的迅猛发展,“后喻文化”已成为高校思想政治教育中必须重视的时代特征和现实背景,传统的工作理念和教育方法正面临着巨大的冲击和挑战,相对于唯理智教育,提升高校辅导员情感教育能力对于拓展思想政治教育工作新途径和提高工作实效性具有非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of globalization and informatization, "post figurative culture" has become the characteristics of the times and practical background which the ideological and political education in Colleges must pay attention to, traditional beliefs and methods of education is facing a huge impact and challenge. In contrast with the rational education, it is significant to enhance college counselors'' emotional education ability to expand new ways for ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of their work. |
