| 摘 要： | 文章在对我国开展国家助学贷款的供求矛盾现状及影响良性运转的原因进行分析的基础上,提出要促进国家助学贷款健康、可持续发展的关键在于违约风险控制,并建议建立一套科学规范的偿还机制和约束机制,降低违约率,最终实现国家助学贷款运行机制的良性循环。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the current imbalance of supply and demand of the State Students' Loan,as well as the factors that hinder the effective operation of the Loan,this paper points out that the control of the violation rate is key for the healthy and sustainable development of the State Students' Loan.It is suggested that scientific and standardized repay system and restrain system should be established,so as to decrease the violation rate and finally realize the effective operation of the State Students' Loan. |
