我国学术界在近 2 0年对于清朝前期海外贸易政策的研究 ,基本上围绕着是闭关政策还是开放政策进行的。然而 ,这种模糊于政策的性质与内容之间的类型分析 ,已难以处理清朝前期海外贸易政策演变的复杂进程 ,表现出诸多的局限性 ,也没有揭示出清朝海外贸易政策是如何导致近代中国落后挨打的具体原因

Review of the Research of Overseas Trade Policy of Early Qing Dynasty in Recent 20 Years

Basically speaking, the research of overseas trade policy of early Qing Dynasty in recent 20 years focuses on that whether it is a policy of closeness or opening -up. However, the type analysis of the nature or content of the policy can hardly explain the complex process of the change in overseas trade policy of early Qing Dynasty and demonstrates many limitations. It also failed to reveal the specific reasons that how the overseas trade policy of early Qing Dynasty resulted in the backwards and weakness of modern China.
