普通商用建筑造价快速计算的一种新方法

目前中国与外国先进造价的管理模式有较大差距,尤其在以造价估算系统为代表的信息系统方面。基于广义径向基函数神经网络的聚类算法,选取了2003—2007年间北京市普通商用土建工程数据为样本,提取了商用建筑的主要工程成本指标,对单方成本价格估算进行了检验。结果证明,该方法在精度方面符合要求,与其他方法比较,还具有速度和泛化能力的优势,为造价快速计算智能化提供了方法依据,也为工程管理者们提供了更好的决策依据。

A New Calculation Method for Ordinary Commercial Building Construction Cost
