| 摘 要： | 1945年10月,国共双方通过重庆谈判达成召开政治协商会议解决中国政治走向问题的协议,这对一直呼吁通过召开党派国是会议解决党派政治争端的黄炎培来讲是一个好消息,他对这个会议充满了期待。会议召开后,他多次发言,在国计民生、政治体制、政治改革等方面提出了许多真知灼见,体现了他追求进步和民主的政治理念。
