| 摘 要： | 持续的经济发展为我国高校的社会捐赠提供了良好的经济基础。但高校的社会捐赠现状并不令人满意。良好的捐赠氛围和实践需要有一套规范良性的制度来支撑。文章对高校的社会捐赠制度的改进提出以下建议:政府应加大税收优惠的力度;加强对捐赠资金的监督与管理;凸显捐赠的回报功能;高校应注重募捐规划的制定和执行。
