| 摘 要： | 秸秆是一种很好的清洁可再生能源，是最具开发利用潜力的新能源之一，具有较好的经济、生态和社会效益。而秸秆发电，就是以农作物秸秆为主要燃料的一种发电方式，是目前应用秸秆作为能源的一种重要的形式。随着秸秆发电产业的发展，其燃料供应问题成为制约该产业可持续发展的一个重要因素。运用博弈论理论，建立在两家秸秆收储企业和一家秸秆发电企业基础上的模型，分析秸秆收储企业与秸秆发电企业组建战略联盟时对各方收益的影响，得出有效战略联盟建立的条件，并利用某秸秆发电厂的数据进行了实例分析。
