| 摘 要： | 高校学术档案对教学、科研有重要的参考价值，利用频繁。由于高校学术档案往往含有著作权、专利权等知识产权，因而在利用过程中容易发生侵权纠纷。本文从四个方面阐述如何保护利用过程中的学术档案的各种权利。

| Abstract: | The academic archives in colleges and universities , being of great value to teaching and research, are used very frequently. Becau se the academic archives in colleges and universities embody such property right s as copyright, patent right, their use can easily lead to disputes. From four p erspectives, this article has discussed the protection of various rights related to the academic archives in the process of their use. |
