On the Theory of Expecting Possibility |

| Abstract: | The theory of expecting possibility, as one of criminal law theories, has been commonly accepted in the western European countries and Japan. If it is introduced to China, according to the basic theory of criminal formation in China, the theory of expecting possibility is a component part of criminal behavior capability. It is vital to perfect criminal legislation and instruct criminal judicature. |
