| 摘 要： | 弹性学制的实行使原有的教学管理模式发生了根本改变，必须有相应的教学管理办法与之配套。本文对弹性学制中教学计划的制定、学籍处理、选课管理、考试管理等提出了自己的观点和具体的操作办法，并对弹性学制中存在的问题提出建议。

| Abstract: | The application of flexible educational system calles for the changes in teaching management. This paper proposes some viewpoints and approaches to teaching plan formulation, registration processing, class selection management, test management and so on in the flexible educational system. In addition, the paper provides some specific advice on the problems in the system. |
