| 摘 要： | 市场经济、知识经济和信息社会是新时期的重要特征,高校师德建设要结合新时期的时代特点来进行,打上时代的烙印.当前高校的扩招、教师工作量核算量化、教师"蜡烛"奉献精神在传承中失落等等,都给今天的师德建设带来了困惑.完善新时期师德建设的途径和措施,需要从调整考核体系、注重职业伦理教育、弘扬"蜡烛"的奉献精神和结合时代的特征等方面来进行.
