中国文化自觉之路的回省

近代以来，文化不自觉曾严重影响了中国的现代化进程，直到今天，现实中仍大量存在着文化不自觉现象。以马克思主义者为代表的先进知识分子为中国文化作出了长期不懈的努力，中国共产党自诞生之日起就代表着先进文化前进的方向，她对中国文化建设规律和"古今中西"关系的认识不断提高，并形成了指导有中国特色社会主义文化建设的正确方针和政策。站在新世纪的门槛上，梳理和反思我国文化自觉历程，对进一步提高文化自觉意识，有着重要的现实意义。

REVIEW ON THE PROCESS OF CHINESE CULTURAL AWARENESS

Since modern times,Cultural Unconsciousness has greatly influenced the modernization process of China.Up to now there still exists a lot of Cultural Unconsciousness in practice.Chinese advanced intellectuals whose representatives are Marxists have made a sustained effort for Chinese Cultural Consciousness.Since its birth,the Communist Party of China stands for the orientation towards advanced culture.Its understanding of the law of Chinese cultural building and of the relationship between ancient and modern and between Chinese and Western has kept rising.General and specific policy for socialist cultural building with Chinese characteristics has been developed.On the threshold of the new century,it is undoubtedly of great practical significance to review the experience of our Cultural Consciousness.
