| 摘 要： | 民国初期,随着现代文物保护意识的逐渐形成,中国现代文物保护事业逐渐兴起.这一时期政府文物保护工作以颁发政策法规的形式迈出了中国现代文物保护事业的第一步,同时开始设立文物保护、管理机构,进行文物调查,限制文物出口,查办文物盗窃、盗运案件,为日后的文物保护工作奠定了基础.
