| 摘 要： | 民族地区政治精神文化建设问题实质上是涉及中国特色社会主义政治精神文化能否被民族地区各族群众接受、认同并转化为实践活动的现实性问题，是影响我国政治体系在民族地区能否顺利运行的基础性问题。因此，针对当前我国民族地区政治精神文化建设中的主要问题展开深入探讨，对加强中国特色社会主义民族认同与实践具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | The problems of the construction of political and spiritual culture in minority regions are essentially the realistic ones that involve w hether the political and spiritual culture of socialism with chinese characteristics can be accepted ,recognized and converted into the practical activities by the masses in minority regions ,and also the basic ones that influence w hether China’s political system can run smoothly in minority regions .T herefore ,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the enhancement of ethnic recognition and practice of socialism with chinese characteristics to deeply explore these problems . |
