| 摘 要： | 对许多生命伦理热点问题的探讨与解决均涉及到人权问题。本文回顾、总结了人权思想的发展过程;梳理出安乐死、基因技术、人体实验、艾滋病、胚胎干细胞研究等问题中的人权问题;并应用生命伦理学的基本理论和方法对之进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The discussion of many heated issues regarding life ethics touches upon the human rights issue.The paper retrospects and summarizes the formation of human rights thoughts and combs out such human rights issues as what is exemplified in researches into euthanasia,gene technology,human experiment,AIDS and embryo stem cell research.A brief discussion is conducted on the issues in light of the basic theory and method. |
