摘    要:高校人事制度经几轮改革取得了一定的成效,但总体上说尚未取得明显效果。当前,高校人事制度必须深化改革的几个方面:一是坚持“以人为本”,树立人才是第一资源的思想观念;二是进一步做好科学设岗,改身份管理为岗位管理;三是建立人员分类管理制度,真正实行全员聘用制;四是加强人员绩效考核,建立有效的管理运行机制。

Abstract:We have made certain progress by several turns of reforms in the universities personnel system,but generally speaking not yet make the tangible progress.There are several problems on the deepening reforms of the current universities personnel system: first,persisting humanist,setting up the idea that talented person is the first resource;second,further completing the station scientifically,changing the status management for the post management;Third,establishing the personnel classified and controlled system,truly implementing the personnel appointment system for the whole staff;last,strengthening the personnel achievements inspection and establishing the effective management operational mechanism.
