| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国企业的发展速度比发达国家企业发展的速度快得多,但企业倒闭的速度也比发达国家的企业快得多,许多著名的民营企业风光几年就很快从人们视线中消失了,企业“短命”现象成了企业和经济理论界最为关心的话题。分析中国民营企业“短命”现象,并提出打造中国基业长青企业的对策。

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening-up,the development pace of Chinese enterprises is faster than that of developed countries companies.However,the bankruptcy speed is faster than that of the developed countries too.Many famous native enterprises only exist for a few years,and then disappear.The phenomena of companies,short life become a subject of great concern in enterprise circle and economic theory circle.Chinese native companies' "short life" is analyzed.Some counterplans of how to develop ever-lasting enterprises are put forward. |
