| 摘 要： | 对市民社会的概念和特征进行了初步考证,并指出了这些研究对于当代中国建设现代法治国家或向市民社会转型的意义。指出市民社会的基本单位是独立的个人,市民社会是由独立的个人组成的联合体,本质上是一种商业文明。市民社会是当今人类文明社会的主要表现形态之一。

| Abstract: | The paper gives a primary textual research of the concept and feature of the civil society and points out the significance of the research. The basic unit of the civil society is the independent individual person. As a unity of the individual persons, the civil society is the commercial civilization. The civil society becomes one of the present forms of the civilization. |
