新农村建设中异质型农民的分化

新农村建设的行为主体是农民,对农民进行清晰的认识和科学的区分有助于新农村建设的道路更加健康。本文通过对现阶段农民的分类进行研究,提出农民工群体中可以分化出与大众化农民不同的具备特殊人力资本的异质型农民。并根据新制度经济学的观点,研究了有利于异质型农民分化的制度环境形成的因素。文末结合农民工返乡创业的案例作了进一步的讨论。

The Research on the Division of the Idiosyncratic Peasants in the New Rural Construction

The main actors of the new rural construction are the peasants.Having a clear understanding and a scientific classification of China's peasants is conducive to build the new rural more healthily.This paper studies the classification of the peasants.It is found that a group with special human capital,called idiosyncratic peasants can be differentiated from the normal migrant workers groups.According to the view of New Institutional Economics,this paper studies the institutional environmental conditions helpful for forming the idiosyncratic peasants.Finally,this paper discusses a case of migrant workers who have gone back home to venture.
