产业联动架构下的城乡统筹新路径--以西安楼观道文化展示区为例

产业联动通过优化产业结构、提升人力资源开发水平、创新资源配置方式等渠道统筹城乡发展。西安楼观道文化展区产业联动的形式有示范区内多产业联动，功能区间同产业联动，示范区内跨产业联动等。产业联动实现的路径主要有：通过市场需求的外部拉力促进产业联动；通过区位优势和展示区的比较优势促进产业联动；通过展示区内的产业竞合关系实现产业联动。

A New Path to Balance the Urban and Rural Areas with the Framework of Industrial Linkage---to Xi'an View Road Cultural display area as an example

There are three ways to balance urban and rural development under the framework of industrial linkage .It is to optimize the industrial structure ,enhance the level of human resources de‐velopment ,and innovate the way of resource allocation channels .Based on a variety of types and forms of industrial linkage ,it analyzes Xi’an Louguan Chinese Taoism Culture Exhibition about each function range of four types of industrial linkage ,and their mutual action mechanism .On this basis , it found favorable factors by high industrial linkage in the role of urban and rural areas as a w hole . There is strong industrial connection ,complete infrastructure and cultural identity .It depicts the re‐alistic path of industrial linkage to promote urban and rural development from the static comparative advantage ,the industry competition relations and the innovation of the industrial chain and so on .
