摘    要:具有现代意义的企业制度形式,是随着西方资本主义生产方式一道传入中国的.这种形式是企业实行科学化民主化决策、建立公开公平的人才选拔与使用机制、规范经营管理行为的制度保证.在民生实业公司(以下简称民生公司),卢作孚在借鉴西方现代企业制度形式的基础上,建立了一套比较完善的、别具特色的企业制度形式,并通过这种制度的成功运作,使公司步入了一条健康、持续、持久的发展道路.本文从民生公司企业制度及其运作两个方面,探讨了它成功的奥秘,总结出了有益的经验.

Abstract:The modern Chinese enterprise system, which is the systematic guarantee for enterprises to carry out scientific and democratic decisions, to establish a fair and open system to select and employ qualified personnel , and to standardize management and operation, was spread into China with the introduction of western capitalistic production methods. Using modern western industrial systems for reference, Lu Zuo-fu set up a set of perfect and characterized industrial system in Minsheng Industrial Corporation. With the successful carry-out of this system , Minsheng Corporation started its sound, continuous and sustained development. Investigating into the enterprise system and its operation, the thesis explores the reasons for the success of Minsheng Corporation, and finds out beneficial experience for the reform of modern enterprise system in China at present.
