Enterprise System of Minsheng Industrial Corporation and Its Operation

The modern Chinese enterprise system, which is the systematic guarantee for enterprises to carry out scientific and democratic decisions, to establish a fair and open system to select and employ qualified personnel , and to standardize management and operation, was spread into China with the introduction of western capitalistic production methods.
