| 摘 要： | 社会的可持续发展有赖于科学技术的发明创造,有赖于科技人才的不断产生,有赖于培养科技人才的教育事业的不断发展。教育是提高全民素质的根本,应当超前、连续、整体、协调地发展;应当将持续不断地发展作为教育事业的指导思想,并转化为各种实际行动。
