合理确定我国居民住房消费价格指数内涵的思考

我国能够反映居民对住房消费价格需求的价格指数还没有真正建立。我国现行的居民消费价格指数衡量居民住房消费价格具有不合理性,不能正确反映房价变化。房价的合理性应从社会和经济两个角度评价,重点关注中等和中低等收入家庭首次购买房屋的价格,同时,在编制居民住房价格指数时,应引入民间合作,并设置不同层次的房价指标,使居民住房消费价格指数更具有客观性,从而更加合理地确定我国居民住房消费价格指数内涵。

Thinking about the Connotation of Reasonable Determining Chinese Residential Housing Consumption Price Index

In China,the price index to reflect the residents＇ needs for the housing consumption prices has not really been established.And the current consumption price index measuring housing sales price is unreasonable,which does not accurately reflect the price changes.The housing price rationality should be evaluated from social and economic perspectives,and the housing prices for the first houses bought by the middle and low income families should be focused on.At the same time,the private partnership should be introduced to draw up the residential housing price index,and different levels of price index should be set to make the residential housing consumer price index more objective and to determine the connotation of chinese residential housing consumption price index more reasonably.
