| 摘 要： | 教育投资的对象是人,而人口作为个体人的集合,其变动必然对教育产生各种各样的影响。本文以重庆为例,在对重庆市人力资源开发现状、2005-2020年学龄人口发展状况和现存教育资源充分分析的基础上,对重庆市未来教育资源整合、提升人力资源开发层次等问题进行探讨并提出一点政策建议。

| Abstract: | The object of investment on the education is the individual.Population,as a set of individual,its changes can bring various influence on education.This article takes Chongqing as an example.On the basis of analyzing the current development of manpower resources,school-age people's development during 2005-2020 and the existing educational resources,We make some research about the reorganization of the educational resources of Chongqing city and the problem of promotion of the manpower resources,then we put forward some suggestions. |
