| 摘 要： | 市场国际化及信息技术的飞速发展使战略联盟正成为 国内外企业发展战略中一种重要的组成形式。本就战略联盟内部成员企业运作过程中的相互信任问题进行了探讨，剖析了战略联盟中相互信任的作用及形式，并提出了创造相互信任的有效机制，为国内企业更有效地实施战略联盟提供参考。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Market internationalization and rapidly - develying information technology have madestrategic alliance an important form of orgnization in business development strategies. This paper focuses onthe issue of mutual trust among the member enterprises within business strategic alliances. The role andforms of mutual trust within strategic alliances are analyzed and an effective mechanism for establishing mu-tual trust is proposed for reference. |
