| 摘 要： | 首先分析了我国农村不同历史阶段的土地制度,指出农村土地制度变迁具有“集中－分散－再集中－再分散”的特点和典型的路径依赖性。其次分析了当前农地制度及农地市场发育存在的问题,指出应该继续改革农地制度,促进农地市场的发展。

| Abstract: | A survey of the land systems in China's history shows the evolution pattern of "centralization-decentralization-recentralization-redecentralization",which is characterized by path dependence.In view of the problems with China's present rural land system and the development of rural land market,it is argued that the reform in rural land system should be furthered to promote the development of rural land market. |
