| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展，人们物质生活水平大幅度的提高，必然导致人们对不同类型、不同层次精神生活的追求，因而作为素质教育的重要组成部分的美术教育受到人们越来越多的关注。如何提高和改进各个层次美术教育质量和水平，发展中国的美术教育事业，推动中国的社会主义精神明建设，成为我们美术教育工作关注和研究的重要课题。就美术教育的价值以及如何在市场经济中实现其价值作一些探讨。
