| 摘 要： | 提高我国法官地位应着眼于树立法官权威,而树立法官权威首推法官独立。要真正提高法官地位必须从推进法院体制改革和保障法院独立、提高法官的选任标准和完善法官的选任程序、提高法官自身素质和增强法官的职业荣誉感三方面来加以改革。即推进法院体制改革,保障法院独立,提高法官的选任标准,完善法官的选任程序;提高法官自身责任,增强法官的职业荣誉感。

| Abstract: | Improvement of justices' position in our country should stress to establish their authority,and to make them independent beforehand.The paper suggests carrying out the three aspects: propelling the reform of court system and keeping it detached from other organs,heightening the criteria of selecting judges and perfecting the elective process,enhancing judges' self-qualities and sense of honor for being a justice. |
