湖北特色文化资源开发利用的新进展

近几年湖北特色文化资源开发利用取得了可喜的新进展,主要表现为:建构了以"一江两山"为战略重点的特色旅游;开展了以宜都、恩施、当阳等地各自具有特色的文化之乡活动;组织了以武汉国际杂技节,宜昌、武当山国际旅游节,辛亥首义文化经贸旅游节等众多的特色节庆活动,等等.但我省特色文化资源的开发利用还存有资源整合、深度开发、县域特色文化企业发展不够,以及文化人才传承乏人等方面的问题,为此,应从观念上,体制上找原因,并加大多元化投入的支撑,对湖北特色文化作深入地研究,有效地发挥理论支持和决策咨询作用.

New Progress in Exploitation of Distinctive Hubei Cultural Resources

Encouraging progress has been made in recent years in the exploitation of distinctive Hubei cultural resources.It is mainly shown in the following:characteristic tourist constructure has been built with "one river and two mountains" as the strategic emphasis,activities with respectively distinctive rural cultural areas of Yidu,Enshi,Dangyang,etc.have been organized.Still there exist such shortages and deficits as in integration of resources,in depth exploitation,in the development of cultural enterprises with county-area features and in the passers on and inheritors of cultural talents,their cause lies in the mentality and system.Multiple in put of support should be increased and deep-gong research on distinctive Hubei culture should be conducted in order to bing the functions of theoretical support and decision-making consultation into full play.
