理想民主与现实民主

民主具有两种不同形式即直接民主和代议制民主。尽管直接民主在现实政治中已经基本不具有可行性,但是它并没有完全退出政治领域。代议制民主是现代民主国家的现实选择,但是它也存在一些限制自身优越性的负面因素。就民主政治而言,在实际政治运作过程中,存在把直接民主与代议制民主结合起来的可能性和可操作性。但是就二者的相互关系而言,我们应该仅仅把直接民主作为代议制民主的一个前提或者是有益补充,而不能够把它看做是代议制民主的替代品。

Idealistic democracy and realistic democracy

Direct democracy ahd reprexentative democracy are the two forms of democracy.Though direct democracy is fundamentallyunfeasible in real world,it has not retreaved from politics.Reprexentative democracy is the true choice of modern democratic states withsome negative factors restricting itself.To join direct democracy and representative democracy together is possible and feasible in political operation,but we should make direct democracy only as a premise or helpful supplement but not an alternative to representativedemocracy.
