| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了西部地区农村劳动力外出就业状况 ,认为西部地区农村劳动力外出就业总体水平低和劳动力转移滞后 ,其结果使得西部地区农民纯收入偏低。其次 ,分析了存在这些问题的主要原因。最后 ,提出扩大西部地区农村劳动力外出就业的主要对策。
