| 摘 要： | 伊拉克问题引发了德美关系危机,双方矛盾集中在外交和国际战略领域。德美关系危机的根本原因是冷战后德美双方在外交利益和外交战略等方面的差异。当前德美两国正经历双边关系的一次实质性调整和定位过程,对欧盟建设和大国关系将产生广泛而深远的影响。

| Abstract: | The Iraq-problem triggered a crisis in German-America relations which mainly in the fields of diplomacy and internationalstrategy. The resource of the crisis is the deep difference in diplomatic interests and strategies of Germany and America after the end ofthe Cold War.At present ,Germany and America undergo a material process of adjustment and orientation of bilateral relations,which has a widespread and profound influence on EU construction and big power relations. |
