| 摘 要： | 搞好高等学校公共法律基础课教学,对于增强大学生的法律意识和法制观念,提高大学生的思想道德素质,培养造就适应中国特色社会主义现代化法治国家建设要求的优秀人才有着重要意义。为了改善和加强高校公共法律课教学,必须在实际教学中妥善处理好七个方面关系,以期使公共法律课教学发挥更大的效用。

| Abstract: | The good teaching and learning of common required basic legal courses in colleges and universities is of great importance in strengthening students' legal consciousness and legal notion, improving their level of morality and cultivating the outstanding talents that are competent to build their motherland into a modern socialist country ruled by law with Chinese characteristics. To improve, strengthen and put the teaching and learning of the common required legal courses into full play, the relationships of seven aspects should be properly handled. |
