| 摘 要： | 江泽民政治稳定思想的基本含义是指国家基本政治制度和基本政治准则的稳定,国家政治生活的规范化和秩序化。政治稳定具有严格的规定性;它应是多层次的有机整体,而非指分散的某一方面;它应是发展的稳定、动态的平衡,而非绝对静止、一成不变;稳定不是终极目标,它必须有利于改革和发展。实现政治稳定,从根本上讲是要坚持党的基本路线不动摇,从政治、思想、物质、制度和对外关系五方面加以保障。

| Abstract: | Jiang Zemin's ideas of political stability refer to the stable national political system and the regularity and order of national political life. Political stability has strict regularity, and it is an integrated one. Morevover, it should be stable development and dynamic balance. It should be favorable to reform and development. Essentially, it demands us to stick to the Party's basic routes. |
