摘    要:21世纪 ,终身教育将取代传统教育 ,传统的教师角色也必将发生转变。教师群体结构将多层次和多样化。教师将改变以传授知识为主的职能 ,由传教者变为引导者 ,由“独奏者”变为“伴奏者”,由指挥者变为参与者 ,由决策者变为咨询者 ,由教育者变为组织、管理者。师生之间是平等互助的关系。新的世纪呼唤教师转变角色 ,以适应信息社会培养人才的需要

Abstract:Lifelong education will take the place of traditional education in the twenty-first century. As a result, the traditional role of teachers will also be transformed. The structure of the teacher group will be diversified and with many layers. Teachers will revise their traditional function of mainly imparting knowledge. Teachers will change from instructors to guides, from soloists to accompanists, from directors to participants, from decision-makers to consultants, and from educators to organizers and administrators. There will be the relationship of equality and mutual help between the teacher and the students. The new century calls upon teachers to change their role in order to meet the needs of the information society for personnel training.
