| 摘 要： | 高校学生工作应树立“以人为本”的理念,实现从管理向服务的转变;坚持以人才培养为中心,通过非学术性事务和课外活动对学生施加教育影响,以规范、指导和服务学生,促进学生成人成才,从而体现新时期高校学生工作的本来要求,反映高校学生工作未来的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Student's affair work in universities and colleges should focus on students, shifting from student management to serving students.The affair work should also focus on cultivating talents, regulating and guiding students by doing some non-academic and out of class activities to improve students' abilities, which embodies the feature of the students' affair work as well as the development trend of the students' affair work in universities. |
