| Abstract: | We clarify the theoretical basis and actual practice for the formation of Deng Xiaoping's ideas on talents,and analyzes his definition and principles of talent use in the new era.On such a basis,we conclude the remarkable characteristics of Deng's ideas on talents: his ideas are special products of his time,they have reached the height of theoretical thoughts and they can be used as guiding principles. |
