| 摘 要： | 在对城市能源发展特征及其规划管理有关问题进行分析的基础上,以某城市居民耗能情况的调查资料为依据,就其用能方式的投资决策选择从微观上进行了费用—效益分析,并按最小成本原则做了相应的优选排序,对其决策产生的节能与环境收益进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This article based on the relative problems about the development feature of city energy resources,city planning management and an investment report to the consumption of a city residents,giving an efficient analysis on the optional decision by a micro phenomenon.At last,it is making an analysis on the effect and the relative environment condition,which followed the optimally selected decision that based on the principle of lowest cost by which made the relative optimally selected arrangement. |
