关于我国高等教育今后发展的几个问题

文章以高等教育管理体制改革为背景 ,从发展战略的高度提出了高等教育今后应关注的几个问题。做好高等教育管理体制和布局结构的调整 ,关键是必须正确地贯彻“共建、调整、合作、合并”的方针 ;改革现有的师范教育体制 ,是关系提高中小学教师素质的大问题 ;高校招生制度的改革 ,需要从思想观念和政策措施上进行 ;要从高等教育可持续发展的高度来重视高校的校园环境建设问题。

Issues on the Development of Higher Education of Our Country

From the current background of the reform of the higher education administrative system, the article proposed several strategic issues to which we should pay much attention. The author argues from four points. Firstly, to reform the higher education administrative system and to readjust the distribution and structure of the higher education institutions, it is crucial to conduct correctly the policy and guideline of the central government. Secondly, it is an important issue to reform the current teachers education system, which is correlated with the quality of K-12 teachers. Thirdly, for the reform of the students recruiting system of colleges and universities, we should change the traditional notion and take proper policy measures to make the students' entrance and transfer to colleges and universities more flexible. Fourthly, the campus environment, which consists of the academic ecology of an higher education institution, should meet the requirements of sustainable development.
