浅析网络消费者权益之法律保护

网络购物作为一种新兴的消费方式，已被越来越多的人所接受，甚至成为很多人生活中不可或缺的组成部分，但网络消费侵权行为的发生也随之越来越严重。如何从法律角度切实全面的保护网络消费者的权益已成为网络交易中的重要问题。本文主要从网络消费者权益侵害的现状着手，分析其存在的原因，从而探讨完善网络消费权益之法律保护措施。

The Legal Protection of the Rights and Benefits of the Internet Consumers

Internet shopping is emerging as a new way of consumption and becoming more and more popular. Nevertheless, tort occurs in this respect. Thus, it is necessary to protect the rights and benefits of the Internet consumers by law. This paper analyzes the causes for the tort concerned, and proposes some measures as responses.
