摘    要:教育生成人,要在“交往”中进行。“交往理性”是一种包含“公共交往”和“个体交往”的双重交往行为。即,“教育交往”首先从根本上是一种以理性为基础的公共交往,它是教育培养人的根本着力点;其次才是由人的主观努力、意志来承担的“个体交往”,它是教育培养人的扩展形式。

Abstract:Communication performs an important role in school education. "Communicative rationality" is a kind of activity including public communication and private communication. Public communication is the basis for the students to develop themselves,while, private communication plays subjective efforts.Thus, "well-developed"people can be created from school.
