浅谈思想政治教育中的渗透式灌输教育

在我国经济取得飞速发展的同时，人们的思想开始多元化。面对新的形势，传统的灌输式思想政治教育有效性已经走向弱化，所以要改变传统的灌输式教育的方式、方法，切实优化灌输教育。渗透式灌输教育是一种很好的形式，区别于传统的强塞硬灌输、填鸭式灌输等机械、僵化的灌输教育，有其固有的特征及优势。

ON PERMEATING & INSTILLING EDUCATION IN IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION

With the rapid development of China＇ s economy, people started to have diversified thought simultaneously. In the face of the new situation, the effectiveness of the traditional instilling ways of education in ideological ＆ political education has been weakened and therefore should be changed and optimized. Permeating ＆ instilling education is a good form of education different from the traditional ways of education which focuses on traditional, rigid and inflexible instilling such as tough instilling or cramming method of teaching and has its own inherent characteristics and advantages.
