| 摘 要： | 中国加入 WTO对中国农业和农民来说是一个机遇 ,同时也是挑战。短期看 ,入世对中国农民的冲击主要表现为对农民就业和收入的不利影响 ,所以 ,对于中国政府来说 ,其应对政策的出台必须及时、有效 ,才能使这种不利影响降到最小 ,才能使中国农民有能力迎接长期的挑战。
