| 摘 要： | 中国是一个农业大国,农村的发展关系到国家的现代化和民族的伟大复兴,中西部的崛起尤其是中部崛起是当前我国现代化建设的重要环节。随着资源和能源问题的出现,建设节约型社会是当务之急,树立科学的发展观应该成为我国当前全社会的行为定位和价值规范。
