Human talent is crucial for our western development. 3. Create a developing mode that accords with both local and national situation, emphasize the innovation of concept, system and mechanism. This thesis brings up a discussion that we can use the American development mode for reference to speed up our western development and achieve the great-leap-forward economic development.
