| 摘 要： | 单位犯罪,是一种社会危害性大,也比较复杂的犯罪。随着社会经济的迅速发展,单位犯罪日益严重,已成为国家公害,是我国刑法打击的重点。本文从单位犯罪的产生原因、构成、刑法适用和对单位犯罪的治理几方面做以探究。

| Abstract: | Organization crime is not only harmful to society,but also a very complicated-structure activity.Along with the rapid development of the social economy,organization crime endangers our whole society more and more seriously.Therefore,this social effect has become the main target attack by China Criminal Law.This essay is concentrated on following aspects:causes of organization crime,constitutive elements,applicable for criminal law or not,as well as the solving methods of this organization crime,in order to deliberate with experts in this field. |
